1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing the bing8 Platform, completing the registration process, or using any Gaming Service offered by bing8, you conclusively agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.2 If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bing8 Platform and close any existing account by contacting customer support.

3 Eligibility Requirements

3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an account with bing8, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• Accessing and using bing8 services is not prohibited under the laws of your country or jurisdiction of residence;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person in using the bing8 Platform;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee, director, or officer of bing8 or any of its affiliates.

3.2 bing8 may require documentary evidence confirming your eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

3.3 It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing bing8 is lawful in your jurisdiction. bing8 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate, legal, or available for use in any particular jurisdiction.

4 Account Registration & Security

4.1 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account with bing8. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. bing8 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and forfeit all associated balances upon detection.

4.2 During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times. bing8 shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify bing8 of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. bing8 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4.4 bing8 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to provide an additional layer of security. bing8 shall not bear liability for unauthorized account access where reasonable security measures available to the Member were not utilized.

4.5 Account transfers, sales, or assignments to any third party are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will result in immediate account suspension.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

5.1 Deposits

All deposits to your bing8 account must be made using payment methods officially supported by the Platform, which currently include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank via InstaPay, 7-Eleven, GrabPay, and USDT. bing8 reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at its discretion.

Deposits must be funded from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in the funds being returned and the account suspended pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at bing8 are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to verified payment accounts held in the Member's own name;
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies per transaction, as published in the bing8 Cashier section;
• bing8 processes GCash and Maya withdrawals within approximately 5–30 minutes under normal operating conditions. Actual processing times may vary depending on payment network availability;
• bing8 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees;
• Pending bonus wagering requirements, if any, must be satisfied before withdrawal of Bonus Funds is permitted;

5.3 Currency

The bing8 Platform operates in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All account balances, game stakes, winnings, and transaction amounts are denominated in Philippine Peso unless otherwise indicated.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 bing8 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP program rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time the bonus is offered.

6.2 General conditions applicable to all bing8 bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Members who have completed the required account verification steps;
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms;

6.3 bing8's Black Diamond VIP Program is governed by its own program terms, which are made available to enrolled Members through the VIP section of the Platform. VIP benefits are subject to tier requirements and may be modified by bing8 at its discretion with reasonable notice to affected Members.

7 Game Rules, Fairness & Technical Integrity

7.1 All gaming outcomes on the bing8 Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for virtual games, and by live dealer outcomes for live casino products. The integrity of all games is independently audited by recognized testing laboratories.

7.2 Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are determined by the respective game provider and are not modified by bing8. RTP information is available within each game's information panel.

7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay:

• bing8 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the affected game round from system records;
• If a game round cannot be definitively reconstructed, bing8 may void the round and refund the applicable stake to the Member's account balance;
• bing8 shall not be liable for any alleged winnings that cannot be verified through platform records.

7.4 Live casino game outcomes are determined by qualified dealers in real time and are final. Members accept that live casino games are subject to the rules of each specific game variant as communicated by the dealer and displayed in the game interface.

8 Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bing8 Platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Creating multiple accounts or assisting others in circumventing the one-account-per-person rule;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or live dealer table games;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or other mechanical aids to place wagers without genuine human interaction;

9 Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the bing8 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, game content, and the overall compilation and arrangement thereof, is the proprietary property of bing8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the bing8 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

9.3 You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any portion of the bing8 Platform or its content without prior written authorization from bing8.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bing8 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, regardless of whether bing8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.2 bing8 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10.3 In no event shall bing8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total net deposits made by you to your bing8 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 bing8 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, government actions, natural disasters, or payment network outages.

11 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Session Time Limits: Restrict the maximum continuous play duration before automatic logout.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 bing8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A Member has violated any provision of these Terms;
• bing8 suspects fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity;
• A Member's account activity triggers anti-money laundering or fraud detection systems;
• A Member has provided false registration information;
• A Member is found to be under 21 years of age;
• A Member has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8;
• bing8 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

12.2 Upon termination for cause, bing8 reserves the right to forfeit any account balance, including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds, where the termination is attributable to the Member's breach of these Terms.

12.3 Members may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting bing8 customer support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary account closure will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's verified payment account after any applicable verification requirements are satisfied.

13 Amendments to These Terms

13.1 bing8 reserves the right to revise, amend, or update these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
